TBSラジオでこのネタについて話してたのでメモしてみた。

SOPA
「著作権侵害のサイトにリンクしたページも違法であり処罰される」
・指摘された後５日以内にリンクを解除しないと最大で５年間の懲役

・きっかけはバイアグラ。ネットで検索したときにカナダのコピー商品がヒットするのでバイアグラのファイザー製薬が激怒。ロビー活動を通じて下院でこの法案を提出させる。

・非営利ならば処罰されないということになっているが、たとえばyoutubeなどの巨大なサイトでは営利目的か非営利かをすべてチェックするのは事実上不可能。

・wikimediaはニュースの引用が営利かどうかの問題で運用が不可能になるのでこの法案に反対。
